Exchange and Returns

You can return or exchange any order within 14 days of receiving it. Customers are required to pay the cost of return shipping. In case of an exchange, BRAVIAN offers free shipping.

To initiate a return, you must contact us to support@bravian.eu, including the word ‘Return’ in the subject and stating the order number and which items you wish to return. After we receive your return request, we will provide you with the return address and instructions.

Shipping Method and Delivery Time

Our deliveries are processed worldwide via Correos Express. The delivery time varies between 24 to 48 working hours. As soon as the order leaves for shipping, you will receive an email from BRAVIAN and the carrier indicating that your order is on its way and the deadline for receiving it.
